Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)
En-genuity works towards developing and integrating systems for learning and measurement into program architecture which includes a program monitoring mechanism that runs complimentary to implementation activities and provides real-time feedback to the stakeholders. This also includes a program evaluation component; its interwoven design lending validity to evaluation results. The focus areas of MEL are renewable and clean energy projects, rural and livelihood enhancement, health, nutrition, poverty alleviation and education.

1. Developing/designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks
2. Supporting organizations in effective and efficient M&E strategy
3. Designing MIS for effective program/project monitoring
4. Research solutions to visualize, analyze and translate data to help identify underlying patterns to develop improved implementation models.
